💡Welcome! Find here all the answers to prepare your stay calmly and fully enjoy our rural gîte near Chimay, in the heart of nature and the ESEM National Park.

📝Booking & Payment

How to book?

You can book directly via our website or contact us by email/phone (contact us).

Deposit and Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking if you book directly.
It is possible to pay in installments via the Klarna app.
Partial payment can be accepted only upon request and with the owner's agreement.

Accepted payment methods

Visa, MasterCard, bank transfer, or via our website / booking platform / chosen booking operator.

Deposit

Amount: €350
To be paid one week before arrival and refunded within a week after departure.
 

Exceptions:

• Bookings via Airbnb
• Bookings via Maison Nature, deposit paid to Maison Nature and not to the owner.

Bank details are sent by email after booking.

❌Cancellation & Refund

• More than 2 months before start: 100 % refund

• 31–60 days before start: 30 % refund

• Less than 31 days: no refund

Early departure does not give any refund.
Tip: consider taking out cancellation insurance to secure your stay.

🛏️Minimum Stay

Two nights minimum, except during specific periods when it may be longer.

🏡Gîte Amenities

At La Demoiselle ô Bois, everything is designed for your comfort:

Fully equipped kitchen / high-speed Wi-Fi (free) / 2 smart TVs / washing machine, dryer / iron and ironing board

4 comfortable bedrooms, some with private bathroom

Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pétanque pitch

Kitchen: oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and everything needed to cook for 9 people

Please bring your own bath towels.

Large free parking on site.

Three bedrooms on the ground floor (one step), the 4th bedroom and the second living room are upstairs.

Yes, several restaurants and shops are within 10 minutes by car.

Restaurants:

La Ferme des Quatre Saisons (Bourlers, 5–10 min): tasty and refined cuisine

L'Envol des Sens (Forges, 5 min): high-quality products cooked with heart

La Charlotte (Chimay center): fresh dishes in a cozy atmosphere

🐾Pets

Yes, welcome at no extra charge! Please inform us when booking.
Tip: garden is not fully fenced, supervise your pets. Bowls provided, please pick up waste. Walking paths suitable for pets 100 m from the gîte.

💰Additional Fees

No hidden fees, cleaning and bedding included.

⏰Arrival / Departure

Arrival from 5 p.m., departure 10 a.m.
Changes possible depending on availability and prior agreement.
